Fuel Tanks and Stabiliser Wings

• Fit rear tank hatches with fuel-proof rubber gaskets, bolt-closed
• Air pressure test both stabilizer wings, weld any issues
• Tap a clean thread for all underwater bungs
• Sort Portside back tank bung leak (move 2000 liters of diesel into starboard side tank first)
• Put water pump in cofferdam for water tank supply -plumb to galley (kitchen) and head (bathroom)

Wheelhouse

• Nav gear install finished
• Fasten down all IT gear
• Replace the steering wheel...oh yeah!
• Grip stuff on steps
• 2nd handrail attached to the stairs
• Youtube box bolted down - brackets if needed Clean up things into cardboard

Editing studio

• Bolt computers and IT gear down

Anchor Room

• Wire in the sump pump
• The Fit pump

Gally

• Make fiddles and attach
• Stow appliances

Saloon

• Stow everything Glass in storage

Hull

• Spot paint tire coat areas missed
• Bungs finished
• Anti-foul!

Below deck cabins and storage area

• Tidy up and stow boxes

Engine Room

• Fire extinguisher brackets bolted in
• Stainless steel shelf fiddle made and bolted
• Fuel transfer pump and pipes fitted, (transfer bull value needed) Accelerator bracket modified to suit new engine
• Weld water drain on S bend on exhaust (bung)

Engine Room Bonus

• Muffler made and installed
• Generator working and exhaust done

Prop / Rudder

• Seizing wire in prop
• Collar bolted and rudder bolts replaced (Buy bolts)
• Fit anodes on the rudder
• Replace grease after anti-fouling

Weld  Jobs

• Corner wheelhouse underside
• Anodes back on x3
• Bungs in side deck air tanks
• Replace old welds on back deck roof x4 spot weld pinhole box section
• Portside round plates tig welded
• Half chain link x8 for life jacket net

Weld Jobs Bonus

• Cut out louvers in engine vents and weld-in panels

• Locks on gates
• Bench table on the back deck ?
